I have 2 experiences. One for the helmet and other for the buying experience.
Helmet is overrated. Cushioning inside is not good and the metal grill in front of the eyes has very small gap. Although they claim 4 inches gap but it has only 2.5inches.
Buying journey - I have asked for replacement for the because of the grill issue, they said I have to either come to the shop or send the helmet via Porter, this also took around 4-5 days. I sent photos they sent photos and discussion n all. At last they agreed for replacement.
When I sent the helmet via porter they asked me to pay, and also when I denied they said they will not replace it and I have to take it back from the shop. Support team transferred the call to some HR she was very rude and a non listener. She was just screaming on me even I was just asking that if they want to replace or not I am fine and even I can pay the porter charges, when I started the call recording she goes silent. I have all this recording though with her screamings. I hang up the call and asked them to do whatever they want. After 2 days I got the message they are replacing it. I was ok. Now the fun part, I got the replacement after 6-7 days from delivery but but but it is the exact same helmet exactly same. The box was for blue helmet but I got my own black helmet inside😄. Even they tried to bring the grill down a bit I can see the scratch marks.
It’s a gr8 product and the weight of the helmet assures head is most light while batting. Also liked the air passages which makes it unique.
It is good but weight of product is little hea ier than other companies ... I would suggest to reduce the weight little bit
